ALBIS and MONOS

Our extra virgin olive oil is a superior category of oil obtained by olives exclusively by cold pressing method. It contains different local variety of olives: fruits are harvested from centuries-old plants of our estate, and grinded according to traditional processing.

The wise choice of the different “cultivar” offers the perfect mix of the extra virgin olive oil ALBIS, with its slightly fruity taste, recommended to exalt many dishes, above all dairy products and legumes.

Theextra virgin olive oil MONOS is our extra virgin olive oil obtained by olives of the variety“Cima di Mola” and exclusively by cold pressing method. Fruits are harvested from centuries-old plants of our estate, and grinded according to traditional processing. For its delicate taste, coming from the ancient wisdom of the monumental trees, Monos is recommended for exalting the flavour of raw or cooked dishes of fish, meat and vegetables.
